The 2019 Barossa Valley Shiraz is grown at a delightfuly tiny patch of Shiraz in Vine Vale in the heart of the Valley. The 2019 is concentrated, dense and blood-red. The palate is structured and shows oak and firm tannins alongside an abundance of bold, ripe jammy plum and Apricot flavours. The patch is organically grown and this fruit truely is an individual pure expression of Vine Vale Shiraz. Good in the cellar for 10+ years. Unfiltered. Vegan friendly.
