Our flagship wine - the 2021 Old Vine Barossa Valley Shiraz is grown at a gorgeous panoramic loaction on the high side of Williamstown in the South of the Barossa. The aroma is quintasentially Barossa Shiraz, showing concentrated plum jam, raspberry and toasty oak. The palate is thick and rich with mouthfilling jammy fruit and tannic structure which lingers well after your slurp. Good in the cellar for 10+ years. Unfiltered. Vegan friendly.
Opening a bottle of this with a peppered steak, marinated lamb or without food is a real treat. This is not a wine for chicken salad!
