2023 Adelaide Hills single vineyard Sauvvy Blanc

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc has a purity of fruit flavour from the soil at the vineyard near Kersbrook in the Hills. Rich, ripe and definitely moreish and shows true varietal expression. Passionfruit, pineapple and ripe tropical notes follow to a juicy fruit driven pallate with a long lingering finish that is dry and refreshingly quenching. Textural and rich from the extended maturation and stirring on yeast lees, but the focus is on the ripe fruit and clean finish. Great with baked chicken dishes or lighter pasta dishes like pesto or just hanging out with good mates! serve cool.
