True to our style, our 2024 Adelaide Hills Riesling is a small single vineyard patch wine. We always set out to keep vineyards separate so we can taste the characteristics of a vineyard.
A delightful light and crisp Riesling, there is Jasmine and petals as well as citrus on the nose. The wine is crisp and refreshing. Just the slightest touch of sugar balances out the Adelaide Hils crispness and leads to a dry finish. Just perfect with any Asian foods as well as 'high on the spice scale' dishes, but we tend to love this without food in the afternoon sitting in the garden.
