2026 Barossa Valley single vineyard Pinot Grigio

The 2026 small batch Pinot Grigio has a purity of fruit flavour from the soil at a neighbour block right near our Light Pass farm. Ripe yet mellow, definitely moreish and shows true varietal expression. Nectarine and pear fruits  follow to a juicy fruit driven palate with a long lingering finish that is dry and refreshingly quenching. Young and zippy, but the focus is on the ripe stone fruit flavours and clean finish. Great with baked chicken dishes or lighter pasta dishes like pesto or just sharing a bottle while chatting to the Chickens here at the cellar door. serve cool.
